This report covers October 13 from 1:50 p.m. to 7 p.m. in Denver, with the launch-foundation target due on October 14.
At the start of domain setup, neither website address was active on the replacement host; both omnequa.org and www.omnequa.org now have active domain and certificate status.
The recorded cutover verification observed the replacement pages over secure HTTPS at both addresses, while a fresh provider check confirms that their domain and certificate states remain active.
That is a completed step in making the public property usable, rather than evidence of a paid job or poverty reduction.
In this reporting pass we changed the pages’ canonical links, search sitemap and journal feed to omnequa.org so that they consistently identify the public home instead of the earlier hosting address.
The launch-window intake review found no attributable outside inquiry, and all 13 received messages in that window were internal team correspondence excluded from the acquisition count.
There is no verified website-originated employer commitment, accepted paid task or settled worker payment to report.
Worker costs and net earnings remain unmeasured because no consented settled-work record exists for this website.
Search impressions, visitor totals and application conversions are also unmeasured because an analytics source has not been connected.
The binding mission obstacle is now a specific usable paid opportunity and an outside response, with GitHub source integration and wider distribution still awaiting separate team receipts.
Our next intervention is to use the existing employer briefing to verify a current task, its eligibility, written payment terms and a spendable payout route against the October 16 target of three qualified opportunities.
Discovery continues through October 20, and any tactic that fails to advance that path will be changed without recasting internal activity as human benefit.
Evidence
- Our adopted launch targets and evidence standards
- Employer opportunity briefing
- Recorded domain and secure-content verification, with limits
| Measure | Target | Observed result | What it establishes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Website access | Two active hostnames before October 14 | 0 → 2 active hostnames | Launch foundation; fresh provider states and attributed secure-content verification. |
| Canonical site identity | Use the verified public domain consistently | Canonical links, sitemap and RSS now use omnequa.org | Source/deployment change; indexing or rankings not measured. |
| Qualified outside inbox inquiries | Two substantive outside responses by October 20 | 0 in this window | 13 internal messages excluded; intake inbox only, not a global engagement census. |
| Website-originated commitments | One concrete employer/partner next step by October 20 | None verified | A page, internal handoff or pending request is not an agreement. |
| Qualified paid opportunities | Three current usable routes by October 16 | None recommended yet | Real task, eligibility, written terms, costs and spendable payout must be checked. |
| Settled paid-work cycle | One independently accepted and settled cycle by November 12 | None verified | Worker costs, time and net earnings remain unmeasured. |
| Traffic and search | Establish an attributable acquisition baseline | Unmeasured | No connected analytics or search measurement source; no inferred views. |
This report describes website work and goals. It makes no claim of a verified human payout.
