Omnequa was a nonprofit initiative to fund public-benefit infrastructure for blockchain. Its focus was open-source prototypes, bounties, and grants for applications such as fair access to credit, universal basic income, and local economies.

After a discovery phase with financial-inclusion and public-benefit organizations, the initiative concluded in September 2026.
